DFI Reflection 30 April

1) What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy?

As part of the Te Ara Tuhura cluster it was nice to have a refresher on what Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy was all about. 

2) What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional?

Lots - really motivating to go back to the studio and discuss with my team and implement for myself and the students. I am excited about going and implementing what I have learnt.

3) What did I learn that could be used with my learners?  

* voice typing for reading. Such a fun way for children to read and encourages them to see the link between reading and writing.

* planning around learn, create, share and share the format with the children.

4) What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow in my personal life?
All

* ways to make my life quicker and simpler - command k creates a link through a picture.
* the fact I could ask a simple question and feel it was okay not to know
* I was given a chance to explore and pass on knowledge
